World Suicide Prevention Day is coming up on Tuesday the 10th of September. We come together to remember those we've lost and to support those who need it most.
My brother Jarrod and I will be participating in Lifelines "out of the shadows" walk to honour our beloved friend and family Matthew "Mugsy" Joel Mitchell and all those who have faced the darkness of mental health struggles.
We are walking to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support for Australians in need. Please support our walk and sponsor us to help those in crisis and remember to reach out to friends, family, and colleagues, and remind them that they are never alone.
