I am walking in memory of my cousin Damon Bamford

This year I recently lost my cousin to suicide. 
I still can't believe it. It breaks my heart everyday. 

This is my way of doing something to help anyone else who may be struggling.

My family & I will be taking part in our 9km walk over two days starting on World Suicide Prevention Day (10th of Sept) & 11th of September along the local beaches close by in memory of our loved one & for every 9 people lost to suicide every day.

I'm participating to raise funds for Lifeline to provide suicide prevention services and support for Australians in need.
